What is your booking and cancellation policy?

1. To secure a date, a signed contract and 50% deposit is required. You will have 48 hours once a contract is received to sign, return, and pay the deposit or the contract will be void. If needing to cancel within 30 days of the event, your deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied to another catering date if available.

 

When do you need my final guest count?

30 days prior to event

 

How long is food safe to sit out?

Food may be left out for up to 3 hours. After that time, it must be either properly refrigerated or discarded.

How long does setup for a grazing table take?

• 50 people grazing table take 1.5 hours

• 100 people grazing table take 2 hours

• 150 people grazing table take 2.5 hours​

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We’re happy to accommodate a wide range of dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and other special requests. Just let us know your preferences or restrictions, and we’ll work with you to create a menu that’s both safe and delicious for everyone at the table.

 

What type of payments do you take?

Cash, credit card, some online platforms
